This list of needed items will help you complete your loan application in a timely manner. You will need the following:

  • Most recent 30 days of pay stubs for each Borrower
  • Last 2 years W-2’s or 1099’s for all jobs for each Borrower
  • Last 2 years corporate income tax returns (including ALL schedules) if you own 25% or more of the business
  • Most recent 2 months bank statements (ALL pages including blank ones) for checking AND savings accounts
  • Most recent 2 months investment, brokerage or retirement accounts (ALL pages)
  • Copy of executed purchase agreement
  • Copy of driver’s license for all Borrowers
